Institutional Data Governance
When you utilize our contact briefing form, we collect the information voluntarily provided: name, professional title, organisation, contact identifiers, and message content.
When you browse our site, we collect anonymized usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, session duration, traffic source, device type). This data is only collected following explicit consent via our cookie banner.
We collect UTM parameters present in the URL (source, medium, campaign) to measure the effectiveness of institutional communications. This data is associated with your submission if completed during the same session.
With consent to analytics, we record an anonymous journey on our site: pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, and clicks. This information is associated with an anonymous unique identifier (agentica_cid cookie, retained for 13 months) that is only linked to your identity following a form submission. No journey data is recorded prior to explicit consent.
When you submit a form, we record the initial landing page, the previous page (if internal), and the domain of the referring site. This information is sanitized before storage: only the origin + path is kept, and for external referrers, only the domain name. We never store query parameters, fragments, or authentication information.
— Data Utilization —
Your contact information is used exclusively to respond to inquiries, schedule briefings, and provide requested information about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Anonymized usage data facilitates our understanding of content performance and helps improve the browsing experience. Attribution data allows us to measure the effectiveness of awareness campaigns.
— Storage & Protection —
Form data is transmitted securely (HTTPS) to our infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare (Workers) and stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (us-east-1 region, United States). Data is also transmitted to Missive for internal team processing.
Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager in accordance with your chosen consent settings. We utilize Google Consent Mode v2; no tracking cookies are deployed prior to explicit consent.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Our site utilizes a technical cookie (cookie_consent) to retain your consent choice, retained for 365 days. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets additional cookies to measure usage. If you accept marketing cookies, advertising identifiers may be set. You can modify your choice at any time by clearing browser cookies and revisiting the site.
Under Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA, you maintain the following rights: access to personal information, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, withdrawal of consent, and data portability in a structured format. To exercise these rights, contact us via the briefing form. We respond within 30 days.
Contact data is retained as long as necessary to process inquiries and maintain the professional relationship. Anonymized analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics policies (14 months by default).
