AGENTIC AI RISK MANAGEMENT & CAPITAL
The team behind your outsourced AI risk function
Two named founders out of Montréal, Québec. Independent — not an insurer, not a model vendor. We help business leaders of any size adopt AI without the hidden liability, and keep them insurable and fundable as they grow.
WHY WE BUILT IT
Why Agentica exists
The next decade of growth runs on AI doing real work in the real economy. The businesses — and the countries — that adopt it well pull ahead; the ones that stall don't catch up. That's the bet behind Agentica.
Most business leaders feel the upside of AI every week and have no in-house way to see the downside — until an insurer, board, or bank asks a question they can't answer yet. We built the managed function that answers it: a living risk register, monitoring matched to the agents you run, and the evidence work to keep you insurable and fundable as you scale.
We're independent on purpose. We don't sell the AI, we don't build it, and we're not an insurer or a model vendor — so the read you get from us isn't selling you anything downstream. Bilingual, working with business leaders across Québec and Canada.

THE FOUNDERS
Two founders, one job: keep you adopting AI safely
-
CO-FOUNDER · AGENTIC AI INVESTMENT & OPERATIONAL RISK
Vincent owns your AI investment strategy — where AI pays off, what to avoid, and how to fund it — and the agentic risk intelligence behind it: how we diagnose, control, and stay ahead of the risk in every agent you run. He leads the first engagement that maps and assesses each new client.
The foresight advantage
Seventeen years in Canadian military intelligence and land operations taught him to read a threat before it lands and act under pressure. A decade building on blockchain — tech's noisiest corner — taught him to tell durable technology from narrative, the filter he runs on every AI claim he assesses.
He designs and runs Agentica's own agentic workforce, so he knows from daily practice where autonomous execution breaks and what to do about it. When he assesses yours, he builds the controls for where you're taking the business, not where it sits today.
-
CO-FOUNDER · STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & MARKET DEVELOPMENT
Mathieu owns the capital and insurance side: the partnerships, the channel, and the market development that turn our risk work into something a bank or an insurer can act on.
The institutional advantage
Twenty years placing complex risk at Aon and Willis Towers Watson — captive management, Lloyd's access, parametric structures, multi-jurisdictional programmes for international industrial accounts. He knows what a credit committee, a board, and an underwriter need to see before they will back a deal.
His job is to translate our risk work into the language banks and insurers trust — so when your insurer or bank looks at your AI, the evidence is already in a form they can act on. The decision stays with them; he improves your odds.
