Privacy Policy
This policy describes what personal information this site collects, why, and the rights Quebec’s Law 25 (the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information) gives you. In short: we collect the minimum, we sell nothing, and you stay in control.
Who we are
Agentica Inc., Montréal (Québec, Canada). Agentica is a Québec AI accounting automation firm (finance and accounting operations automation): it installs and operates the AI and automation systems of bookkeeping firms and SMB in-house finance teams. The result is an AI workforce the client’s team directs: an AI workspace (Claude) for every employee, automated document follow-ups, ongoing maintenance and support, results measured monthly, and a cancel-anytime plan. Agentica designs, installs, and supports AI automation for financial and accounting operations. It does not provide accounting, audit, tax, or legal advice, and does not replace a licensed professional’s judgment or sign-off.
The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Agentica’s principal officer. For any question about this policy or your information, call us at +1 (450) 999-4576 and say so; a person replies within one business day.
What we collect, and why
- Site analytics (with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, we measure anonymously which sections of the site get read. No targeted advertising runs on this site; declining removes no functionality.
- Your consent choices: we keep a record of your cookie preferences, as Law 25 provides.
This site collects no biometric, financial, or sensitive information, and performs no profiling.
Where the information goes
This site has no form and collects nothing you type. Site analytics run through Google Tag Manager and only after you accept them. We use cloud infrastructure providers as technical processors; they may not use your information for their own purposes. We never sell personal information and never share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights (Law 25)
- Access the information we hold about you and have it corrected.
- Withdraw your consent at any time (cookies or communications).
- Ask that your information be deleted from our contact systems.
- File a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if you find our response unsatisfactory.
Every request goes through the phone number above; we answer within the timelines the law provides. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission, and the incident will be entered in our incident registry.
Cookies
Essential cookies (remembering your consent choices) are always on. Analytics cookies activate only with your agreement, given or withdrawn at any time through the site’s "Privacy" banner.
