PRIVACY POLICY

Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, professional title, organization, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, and the content of your message.
When you browse our site, we collect anonymized usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, session duration, traffic source, device type). This data is only collected after your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
We also collect UTM parameters present in your visit URL (source, medium, campaign) to measure the effectiveness of our communications. This data is associated with your form submission if you complete one during the same session.
When you submit a form, we additionally record the page on our site where you initially landed, the previous page (if it was on our site), and the domain of the external referring site (for example, "linkedin.com"). This information is sanitized before storage: only the address (origin + path) is kept, and for external referrers only the domain name. We never store query parameters, URL fragments, or authentication information. This scrubbing prevents any accidental capture of personal data that may appear in URLs.
— How we use your information —
Your contact information is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, and provide you with the requested information about our services. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Anonymized usage data helps us understand which pages are most visited and improve the browsing experience. Attribution data (UTM) allows us to measure the effectiveness of our awareness campaigns.
— Data storage and protection —
Your form data is transmitted securely (HTTPS) to our infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare (Workers) and stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (us-east-1 region, United States). Data is also transmitted to our email management system (AgentMail) for processing your request.
Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager, in accordance with the consent settings you have chosen. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means no tracking cookies are set before your explicit consent.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our site uses a technical cookie (cookie_consent) to remember your consent choice, retained for 365 days. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets additional cookies to measure site usage. If you accept marketing cookies, advertising cookies may be set. You can change your consent choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
Under Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA, you have the following rights: access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your data, withdrawal of your consent at any time, and portability of your data in a structured format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
Contact form data is retained as long as necessary to process your inquiry and maintain the business relationship. Anonymized analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics retention policies (14 months by default).
